take advantage of the most advanced technology. A site-wide structured cabling system enables voice and IP services,
ISDN and video.
A resilient and scalable network throughout the Venue
Our switched 3Com® and Cisco® Ethernet network forms the core of our advanced platform
which can be accessed on an event-by-event basis at any location within the site.
High speed, high availability Internet access
The ability to demonstrate your products or services on your own website during an event is fast becoming a
key requirement for many exhibitors and delegates. With this in mind, our scaleable and resilient 2Mb firewall
protected Internet connection allows you to do just that, as well as produce your own web casts. In addition,
ISDN and analogue dial-up access is available.
Web server hosting
Internal hosting services offer the opportunity to host entire show content locally, thus reducing the need to
access the Internet and corporate web servers - and significantly increasing access speed.
E-mail services
Our internal e-mail services allow the creation of temporary mailboxes, during and prior to any event. We also
offer mail forwarding services.
PC and Peripheral Hire
We have a large stock of high quality and branded PCs, monitors, TFT screens and printers. PCs can be hired
standalone or bundled with Internet access. The service includes installation, support and breakdown at the
end of the event.
